Alongside his technical expertise, he’s also a strong art generalist with experience in 3D design, demonstrating a well rounded skill set that adds depth to his projects. On a personal level, Mitchell’s high discipline, strong communication skills, and collaborative nature make him a pleasure to work with. He has a sharp eye for detail and a knack for balancing creativity with practicality, ensuring excellent results under tight deadlines. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Mitchell and witness his dedication and innovation firsthand. I’m confident he will excel in the Master’s program at BUas and make a meaningful contribution to the field of game design. Mitchell Hartwig, often going by Mitch is a Dutch UI/UX designer known for his drive to excel. He has worked in over 10 projects through his academic career as a UI/UX designer or 3D modeler and has been a staff advisor in the DI&T DevOps technology department within the Military Police (Royal Netherlands Marechaussee), stationed in The Hague. He makes sure he delivers products that checks all boxes — and often spends his free time working out or playing games.
